P&G Sponsorship Proposals
Welcome, and thank you for your interest in P&G corporate sponsorship. P&G and these Brands have partnered with the Cincinnati USA Regional Tourism Network (RTN) to promote the many exciting, memorable and engaging events and venues that make Cincinnati an attractive destination for visitors and residents. By enabling the RTN to more effectively market the region's attractions, P&G hopes to help improve Cincinnati's image and increase the economic impact that increased tourism will have on all of the local venues, organizations and events that make Cincinnati a great place to live or visit.
P&G and these Brands are also working with the RTN to identify a limited number of local event sponsorship opportunities for P&G/Brand consideration. These will primarily be unique or large scale events that bring tourism to Cincinnati from outer markets such as Columbus, Dayton, Louisville and Lexington, and that provide Brands with the marketing focus and reach that they seek.
P&G is accepting requests for sponsorships submitted at least 120 days prior to the event.

Sponsorship proposals must submitted be at least 90-120 days before the event; proposals should exclude any costs associated with seating, food or tickets to the event(s) and should instead focus on the marketing benefits of the event. The term of the sponsorship has 1 year duration. Sponsorship recipients must reapply annually. This funding is not intended for charitable* support or gala, fundraising or table sponsorships.
