A Day in Pompeii Exhibit at the Cincinnati Museum CenterA Day in Pompeii opens at the Cincinnati Museum Center March 2, and will feature hundreds of objects in an interactive installation telling the story of ancient Pompeii. More than 2,000 years ago Pompeii vanished after the Mt. Vesuvius erupted over the town, which was known at the time as the playground for rich Italians. The exhibit will feature the largest ever collection of body casts to be displayed in a dramatic skeleton collection. The Museum Center is one of only four museums in the country to host the exhibit.
