In July, the 2012 World Choir Games will bring thousands of new visitors from around the globe to Cincinnati USA. And you’re invited to participate in a new program designed to entice those visitors with the best experiences and the sweetest deals to drive traffic to your venue.
The Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau, Northern Kentucky Convention & Visitors Bureau, Cincinnati USA Regional Tourism Network and Downtown Cincinnati Inc. are excited to introduce “Go. Show. Save.” – a promotional program geared for ticketed attendees and credentialed participants at the dozens of World Choir Games events from July 4-14.
Here is how the program works – visitors attend a World Choir Games event, show their ticket, wristband or credential at participating retailers, restaurants, shops and attractions like yours, then receiving everything from exclusive experiences and unique offer to special deals and discounts.

WHAT GUIDELINES APPLY?
Your offer should be valid during your normal business hours, and we recommend the offer apply for the entire duration of the World Choir Games (July 4-14). For ease in understanding for our international guests, please keep restrictions to a minimum.
HOW DO I RECOGNIZE AN OFFICIAL TICKET?
There are several forms of tickets being used for the World Choir Games, which is common for a multi-venue event of this caliber. There will be traditional tickets issued from both Cincinnati Arts Association and Ticketmaster. There are print-at-home tickets that show Whirl and Twirl, the WCG mascots. There are colorful wristbands for competitions. Some credentials work as tickets as well, and these are called “Crickets.” In general, we believe patrons will be honest about their ticket, and your staff may get used to seeing them after the first several days of the promotion.
NOTE: Each offer is valid with any World Choir Games wristband, ticket, or credential regardless of the date on the wristband, ticket, or credential. (For example: A World Choir Games ticket dated July 5th can be redeemed for your offer on any date your offer is valid during the World Choir Games.) Wristband, ticket or credential is not relinquished at the time of redemption.
HOW WILL VISITORS FIND THE OFFERS?
All offers will be listed at www.GoShowSave.com. The program will be promoted throughout the region through posters, brochures, the internet, and other media.
