Owner/chef David Cook calls his cuisine "contemporary, eclectic" with an ethnic influence, executed in a "French technique". This spot nestled in the heart of Mt. Adams is sleek, but comfortable and upbeat - reflecting the spectacular cuisine. Original art for sale hangs on the walls.

The menu changes daily. Exquisite entrees might include brioche soup with chestnuts, leeks, truffle and foie gras or roasted lamb saddle with porcini, mint, coffee and vanilla potatoes.. If vegetarians call ahead, a dish will be prepared especially for them. Adventurous diners might want to try the blind tasting menu - six or more chef-selected courses ($20 per course). Top off your meal with "chocolate beets everything," a combination of chocolate, beets, tarragon and hazelnut.
