The Win A Cincinnati USA Getaway! (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all U.S. residents, 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Cincinnati USA Regional Tourism Network, The Indianapolis Star, The Louisville Courier-Journal, Cincinnati Enquirer and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and other agents, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with such employees, are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 a.m. (E.S.T.) on April 11, 2012 and all entries must be received by July 15, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. (E.S.T.). Enter online at www.CincinnatiUSA.com/FOXSports. Mail Entry: Cincinnati USA Contest, Regional Tourism Network, 50 E. Rivercenter Blvd., Suite 810, Covington, KY 41011. All entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. (E.S.T.) on July 16, 2012. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Only one entry per envelope. You may enter the Sweepstakes as often as you like but only one (1) prize per person; automated processes like provided that multiple entries by means of software generated or other automated processes will be disregarded.
One (1) winner of the “Newport on the Levee Package” will be selected by random drawing on May 31, 2012, and one (1) winner of the “Experience Cincinnati USA Getaway” will be selected by random drawing on July 16 , 2012. In the event of a dispute, the decision made by the Regional Tourism Network is final and binding. Winners will receive prize packs with four (4) tickets to one or more of the following: Cincinnati Zoo, A Day in Pompeii: The Exhibition at the Cincinnati Museum Center, Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum, Cincinnati Reds home game and Newport Aquarium valid during the attraction’s 2012 operational season (some exclusions may apply). Plus a 1-night stay at the Embassy Suites Cincinnati RiverCenter or Hilton Garden Inn Sharonville good anytime during 2012, based on availability (some exclusions may apply). Advance hotel reservations required. Transportation is NOT included in the prize package.
Winners will be notified the week following the prize drawing. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the complete Official Rules and the decisions of judges. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants release the Cincinnati USA Regional Tourism Network, the Gannett Corporation, and any other promotional sponsors from any claims, demands losses or liabilities arising in connection with the Sweepstakes or the receipt or use of any prizes awarded.
