NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNCIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Win A Getaway to Cincinnati USA! (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all US residents, 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Indianapolis Star, The Louisville Courier-Journal, Cincinnati Enquirer and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and other agents, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with such employees, are not eligible.

The sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 a.m. (E.S.T.) on December 6, 2007 and all entries must be received by 5 p.m. (E.S.T.) on April 21, 2008. Enter online at www.cincinnatiusa.com/caravan Mail Entry: Cincinnati USA Contest, Regional Tourism Network, 50 E. Rivercenter Blvd., Suite 810, Covington, KY 41011. All entries must be received no later than 5pm EST, April 21, 2008. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Only one entry per envelope. “One (1) entry per person” or “ You may enter the Sweepstakes as often as you like but only one (1) prize per person” or other automated processes like provided that multiple entries by means of software generated or other automated processes will be disregarded.

One (1) winner of the “Single” Getaway will be selected by random drawing on April 4th, 2008, One (1) winner of the “Double” Getaway will be selected by random drawing on April 11th,2008, One (1) winner of the “Triple” Getaway will be selected by random drawing on April 18th,2008, and One (1) winner of the “Home Run” Getaway will be selected by random drawing on April 25th, 2008. In the event of a dispute, the decision made by the Regional Tourism Network is final and binding. Winners will receive a Reds gift card to purchase tickets good at any time during the season and attraction tickets will be valid during the Reds season.  Other restrictions apply. “Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.”

Winners will be notified by May 2, 2008. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the complete Official Rules and the decisions of judges. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants release the Cincinnati USA Regional Tourism Network, the Gannett Corporation, and any other promotional sponsors from any claims, demands losses or liabilities arising in connection with the Sweepstakes or the receipt or use of any prized awarded.
